We are a physiotherapy team based in Guildford and London who care about you and your well-being. We know how important keeping moving is, whether that is sport and exercise or play time. We want to keep you healthy and active throughout your life. We specialise in rapid diagnosis and treatment, with a focus on helping you understand d your body better.

Who do we care for?
You! We are all about helping you, we want to teach you to look after your body and help you remain active, regardless of whether you are a wheelchair user or athlete. Sports and play can bring many different people together into a shared community and we want you to feel confident when joining in.

Who are we?
Liam is our physiotherapist, he works in the NHS and completes private work on the side. He has experience working in rugby and tennis clubs as well as with children in hospital. ​

OUR SERVICES
Children's home visit
Keeping your little ones growing up healthy
We are experienced in caring for children who have many different injuries or challenges whilst going up. We know how important education is which is why we offer after school appointments. We aim to make them fun and engaging for children of all ages.

Adult Home visit
Keeping you active
Exercise improves your mental and physical health. Injuries can be frustrating so we offer rehabilitation and education on avoiding injuries and maintaining fitness. We believe rehabilitation should be fun and aim to incorporate it into the sports you love.

Virtual Assessment and Advice
Advice and education in your own home
We offer virtual appointments if you would like to chat about an injury and get self-help advice. We can provide assessment and treatment advice virtually and can recommend the best path to a full recovery. COVID-19 has meant we have had to adapt our assessment and treatment techniques but high level care can be provided over a video call.

All in person sessions are home visits in the clients home.

Initial Assessment (1 hour) - £75
Follow-up (30 minutes) - £60
Children's Physio
Initial Assessment (1 hour) - £75
Follow-up (45 minutes) - £65
